- No flight, queue time, visa, admission or authority outcome is guaranteed.
Fast Track service terms
Applies to the HAN meet-and-assist service booked through AirportNoiBai.com.
- A request is confirmed only after availability is checked and full payment is received.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.
- Arrival: adult 11+ $15.84; child 3–10 $6.41. Departure: adult $30.84; child $16.56. Round trip at the published price: adult $46.08; child $22.32. Infants aged 0–2 are free.
- Passengers must provide accurate details and remain responsible for passports, visas/e-visas, customs and airline rules.
- Fast Track cannot bypass mandatory procedures or guarantee a lane, completion time or authority decision.
- The exact meeting point, scope and change/cancellation policy are stated in the booking confirmation.
- A no-show, incorrect flight data or failure to contact support when the greeter cannot be found may be non-refundable.
- Events outside the provider’s control include flight disruption, airport closure, natural events and authority decisions.
