Mobility assistance is airline-arranged
Request a wheelchair, boarding help or other special assistance from the operating airline before travel. If Fast Track is booked, include the need so the escort can coordinate with the confirmed handover point.
Resolve baggage issues before exiting
For delayed, damaged or missing checked baggage, contact the airline or ground handler inside reclaim. Keep the baggage tag and obtain a property-irregularity reference before entering the public hall.
